Repairs & Service


All warranty repairs and general servicing will be dealt with directly by Equinox Housings. The customer should contact Equinox directly to determine what actions need to be taken regarding their housing and to generate a repair request.  Equinox will need the customer’s name, ship to address and housing serial number when the customer calls. In the event that the customer requires a repair to their housing, we will require a faxed copy of the customer’s warranty card on file (if not previously sent in) before any repair is started.


Important note: Equinox Housings is not responsible for damages caused during the shipping process. If your housing arrives to you in any less than perfect condition, please contact the shipping agent and explain the damages to them. In these cases the shipping agent will generally request a photo of the damage and the cost of replacement. The customer can contact Equinox directly to assist in determining the damages.




Equinox Housings will make, at its expense, all necessary adjustments, repairs, and parts replacement for new equipment which are not required by reason of accident, misuse, casualty, or normal wear and tear for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Equinox Housings obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement of broken or defective parts (including installation costs therefore), or at the option of Equinox Housings a credit for a new product at the original purchase price. The foregoing are Purchaser's exclusive remedies. Equinox Housings assumes no liability for special or consequential damages. Video Cameras are not covered under the warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable, Warranty card must be sent to Equinox Housings within one month of purchase to be valid. May require proof of receipt.
